Of the 5 places we stayed on our tour of Puglia this is the only one I wouldn't recommend. The reception staff and managment are rude and barely life their heads from the desk in reception to say hello nevermind anything. At every point they try to charge you extras and the service level isn't there to warrant it. I could list at least 7 example of poor service over our 3 days. If you want traditional puglian hospitality don't stay here. That being said the breakfast staff and bar staff were excellent and made a great negroni. Management and reception also took no responsibility even when they agreed with me. Mant better places to stay in a wonderful area.

We stayed at Masseria Corsano for three nights on a last-minute trip, not really sure what to expect. To my surprise, it turned out to be an excellent experience. The property is stunning. Our room was divided into three areas: an outdoor space with a jacuzzi, a comfortable sofa, a table with chairs and even a retractable roof (!); a sitting area with a large bathtub; and the main bedroom with bed and wardrobes. The thoughtful details made a big difference too — safe, hangers, minibar with water and teas, espresso machine, and central air conditioning. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of juices, coffee, waffles, different egg options, and fresh fruit. The hotel is so pleasant that we often felt reluctant to leave and go exploring. There’s also a small gym which, despite its size, is modern and well equipped. The only downside was the limited opening hours of the spa (12:00 to 20:00). Since we usually left right after breakfast and only came back at night, I couldn’t enjoy it — and I was really looking forward to that. As for the restaurant, prices are on the higher side, but the convenience of dining there won us over — we ended up having dinner there every night. It was worth it, especially thanks to the service. I have to highlight Paolo, one of the waiters: smart, polite, patient… the hotel is lucky to have such a professional on their team. Overall, a wonderful stay. I would happily return

Loving to travel and being quite spoiled, it was such a pleasure to encounter a hotel where truly everyone was so friendly and welcoming at any time of the day. The hotel gives you such a warm welcome and great feeling that you instantly switch to relaxation mode. Rooms: perfect. Meals: perfect. Cleanliness: perfect. It’s hard to find anything to criticise. We especially want to thank manager Sarah for arranging wonderful things for us, Andreas for the perfect cocktails, David, Elisa and Giuseppe for the great reception, ‘Jelle’ for serving us perfectly, and a super big hug to Deborah for her kindness and endless smile!

A real oasis in Puglia, where every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations! There is attention to detail at every corner very friendly staff, warm southern Italian hospitality, a very inviting pool and a beautiful restaurant. Lots of options for breakfast as well. We really appreciate how friendly and knowledgable the bartending staff was. We will return!

Of the four hotels I stayed in during my trip to the Puglia region of Italy, Masseria Corsano was unfortunately my least favorite. While the property is new and clean, it felt stark and impersonal. Situated in the middle of nowhere, the barren landscape, with only a dry vineyard visible from our roof deck, didn’t offer much in terms of scenery. For such a large property, I expected more activities beyond just the pool and dining, but there was very little to do. There is a tennis court and spa, but even with these amenities, the property still felt lacking. On the positive side, we did have a great couples massage in the spa, which was a highlight. However, it was odd that all of the hot tubs on the property were filled with bubbling cold water. The food was good, and the bartender was fabulous, creating wonderful, innovative cocktails. The restaurant staff was courteous, though a bit inattentive at times. Unfortunately, the abundance of screaming kids made it less romantic than we had hoped, so I’d recommend this place more for families. I also agree with a previous reviewer about the loud music—it felt unnecessary and didn’t add to the ambiance.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It was excellent. Beautifully designed. Excellent staff, Bob, Gabriel, and their mixologist Andre. Delicious food at the restaurant. We had breakfast lunch and dinner all highly recommended. We treated ourself to a suite. It was divine. Huge comfortable bed and pillows. Efficient air con. Lovely products in the bathroom. Great pool with very comfortable loungers. Short drive to a lovely small beach town - Santa Maria al bagno. A great place to spend time in luxurious tranquility. If I could go there every 6 months to restore my soul I would.
